ONLINE APPLICATION

Students applying ONLINE to the Microbiology Graduate Program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center should complete Part I and Part II of the Application, and the Residency Form. The required $65 application fee may also be paid online by credit card, or follow the online directions for payment by check or money order.

To complete the application, students should arrange to have two (2) official transcripts from each college or university attended and four (4) informative letters of reference sent directly to the Microbiology Graduate Program at:

GRE and TOEFL scores should be reported directly to the Health Sciences Center Graduate School by the Educational Testing Service. The HSC Graduate School Code Number for the GRE and the TOEFL examinations is R4877. The Educational Testing Service can be contacted at www.gre.org.
